1 year without Mountain Dew!!
I first had Mountain Dew in the late ’80s, and began drinking it daily in the early ’90s, drinking four or five cans per day.  In the early ’00s, I increased that number to six or seven each day.  On most days, Dew would be the only thing I would drink.  No water, no milk, no juice, no anything but Dew.  Then, in early 2007,  I decided to change my diet for the better.  Did you...
